Jure starts with the flavour he wants you to remember. Maja considers the moment it will reach the room: whether the table is ready for a story, another glass or a little more time. Their work meets in that small interval before a course is served.
Then other hands enter the conversation. A sommelier finds a different angle on the dish. A potter shapes the vessel that carries it; a woodworker gives warmth to what rests beside it. You may not meet everyone, but you will encounter their work.
